Setu has remade this one more than anything else on the menu. The ganache is cooked low and slow so it sets glossy — it takes twenty minutes longer than it should, and that is the whole point.

Great taste, arrived a bit late
Delivery ran about forty minutes past the slot, but Setu messaged to let me know. Cake itself was excellent.

Exactly as pictured
Ordered for my mother's birthday and it arrived on time, cold, and perfectly intact. The cream was fresh — you can taste the difference immediately.
