Four days, start to doorstep
A supermarket cake was baked somewhere else, some time ago, and has been waiting for you ever since. This is the other way round — and it’s why we ask for a couple of days’ notice.

Step 1
You order, then we shop
Nothing is pre-made. Once your order is in, Setu buys what it needs — cream, fruit and chocolate the same week it's used, mostly from Khanderao market.
Step 2
The slow part
Sponges are baked and cooled before they are ever soaked, ganache is cooked low and slow so it sets glossy rather than grainy, and a soaked cake sits overnight so it actually drinks the syrup. This is the step everyone else skips.
Step 3
Baked the morning it's due
Your cake goes into the oven on delivery day, not the day before. It's the whole reason a home bakery is worth ordering from.
Step 4
Boxed cold, driven carefully
Cream cakes travel in a chilled box. If something arrives less than perfect, message us with a photo and we'll remake or refund it.
