This is the one Setu makes for people who have been told to cut out maida and refined sugar and assumed that meant no more cake. It is dense, dark and not remotely apologetic.

The eggless version is not a compromise
I've had a lot of disappointing eggless cakes. This one was genuinely moist and held together properly.

Tastes homemade in the best way
Not overly decorated, not artificially flavoured. Just properly made with good ingredients. Exactly what I wanted.

Lovely, slightly sweet for me
Beautifully made and the packaging was thoughtful. A touch sweeter than I'd choose, but everyone else at the table disagreed with me.
